What customers must provide:

two functional electrical outlets, a sink with running water, a table or counter with chairs, and dinnerware (plates, glasses, and utensils such as forks, knives, and spoons).

it would be great to have a working stove, but it's not necessary. I have two portable induction burners that I use for cooking.

a dishwasher on site.

unloading clearance on-site, as well as parking within walking distance.

Setting up food and menus:

Customers send me "wish" lists of recipes they would like to see or have prepared via email, phone, or text. These lists typically include two appetizers (one cold and one hot), a main course like pasta or risotto. Ciabatta bread is included.

I will write a menu and an estimate of how much it will cost for groceries and send them back to the customer by phone, text message, or email so that they can be finalized.

What I won't do

I don't make desserts, but if customers bring their own purchased or homemade dessert, I will serve it to them.

I don't buy any drinks. I don't provide bartending services, but I do serve dinner drinks brought in by customers.

I don't stay after the service event for social activities. I do not accept alcoholic beverages. I don't do anything else, and I haven't agreed to anything else.

Please let me know if you are interested in the cooking show's on-site service.

Grazie!
